Dry red wine, a blend of two special grape
varieties. Local Cabernet Sauvignon soil with a
proportion of 5 6%, accompanied by the Georgian
variety Saperavi with 4 4%. The wine has an
intense ruby red color. It is recommended to
drink from Bordeaux glasses.
Aromas of black cherries, currants, blackberries,
truffles and pepper. Fruity, spicy taste, sweet
spices and dark chocolate. The grapes were
harvested from the vineyards in the village of
Mircesti , in the center of Moldova. The must was
fermented for 30 days in open vats. The blend was
kept for 24 months in new oak barrels.
The peak of consumption of this wine is already
reached and has an aging potential of at least 10
years.
It is recommended the culinary association with
lamb, game dishes, beef steak, spicy sausages,
cheeses. It is recommended to decant the wine
before consumption.
